According to Gartner, virtualization will be the highest-impact IT trend changing infrastructure and operations through 2012. Virtualization is rewriting the rules of IT management, deployment, planning and purchasing as organizations transform their IT environment into a dynamic datacenter.
For Directors of Infrastructure, IT Managers and CIOs, Data Center Managers, and Network/ Computer/Storage Managers, every single session at Virtualization Conference & Expo 2008 West is injected with business relevance now that IDC has helped the industry realize that the virtualization services market alone is going to reach $11.7 billion in the next three years.
Key opinion-formers in the field of infrastructure and pioneers of virtualization technologies of all types are speaking at the 4th International Virtualization Conference & Expo. You will hear from leading domain experts who will tell and show you how - once the server, IO, data, and applications are virtualized - the resulting possibilities and opportunities really are endless. These cornerstones open the market for management, security, converged fabrics, and a whole host of technologies that can free up the data center and open new markets.
Virtualization Conference & Expo 2008 West will be the leading West Coast event of the year at which attending delegates will find out how virtualization is no longer viewed as a red-hot, "solve everything" technology, but as an effective means for Enterprise IT to help meet specific business needs and objectives.
